Polyurethane Sandwich Panel Line
PU stock liquid is mixed in high-pressure foaming system in certain ratio and poured on bottom color sheet which is shaped by lower forming roll, then conveyed into double conveyor with top color sheet which is shaped by upper forming roll. In the double conveyor, the PU core will be foaming, then adhesive and binding with the upper and lower sheets. After the sandwich panel is solidified, it will be cut on certain length by automatic-following band saw. PU sandwich panel is used widely in industrial and urban architecture, refrigeration facility and air condition tube etc. It is outstanding comparing with other kinds of sandwich panels for its good heat-insulating property, high corrosion-resistant property and good fire-fighting property, in addition, it is facilitating for construction. Nowadays the PU sandwich panel gains more and more market and spreads into many fields.
